As Chief Executive Officer for Shoreline Dental Studio, I focus on creating a patient friendly dental office through efficiency and optimization of all front office procedures, protocols, and systems along with ensuring an optimal customer service experience. I lead all employees in the onboarding and training protocols the help communicate the business’ mission, vision and impact. I lead the team in understanding the value creation of a good dental experience and implementation and accountability for my team leaders and team members.
I have helped lead Shoreline Dental Studio to earn numerous awards including being named to INC5000's 2020 List of Fastest Growing Companies, OC Business Journals Best Places to work in OC 2018-2020, two Stevie Awards in 2019 from the American Businesses Awards, and local honors as being voted Best Dental Office in San Clemente by patients and community members.
Cory comes with a variety of experiences in his background prior to starting Shoreline Dental Studio. His history includes years in sales in the Advertising and Tech Industries, business training, coaching and development, and has years of Pastoral experience as well. Cory is familiar with and utilizes a variety of tools in the training and development of his team including the Kolbe Assessment, Robert Cialdini’s Principles of Influence, and Languages of Appreciation.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Cory enjoys a wide array of outdoor activities. In high school Cory was a 3 sport All-American in Water Polo, Soccer, and Swimming, and played rugby at his University. Cory takes the lessons as a team member, captain and later as coach with him into his experience as a business owner and leader, and those have served him well.
When not at work, he enjoys surfing, family beach days, soccer, hiking the local trails with his two kids, and a good meal.
